Our Approach
Puff Puff Flow is a space where plant medicine intersects with mindful movement to foster healing, self-discovery, and community. We believe the plant strengthens the mind-body connection, helping students deepen their practice. By integrating mindful consumption with intuitive movement, our flower-infused yoga enhances focus, clarity, and presence in each breath and posture. Whether you’re new to cannabis, yoga, or both, we offer a welcoming, judgment-free environment for authentic exploration.
Our practice is grounded in balancing effort with ease. Canna cultivates a calm presence, allowing students to move fluidly and tune into their bodies without distraction. This intentional space invites you to expand your limits, relax, and connect more deeply with yourself.
At Puff Puff Flow, we offer a safe, welcoming space for all bodies and experience levels. Our classes are BYOB – Bring Your Own Bud – or feel free to bring edibles or other products. Some classes will have products available for purchase, so be sure to check the event details. We start with a community session where students can enjoy their herbal products on their mats, meet other students, and connect with the instructor in a relaxed environment.
We offer a variety of styles to fit different needs, including Energize, Restore, and Yin classes. While each class has its own pace, there is always space to listen to your body, move intuitively, and embrace organic movements. Classes include moments to smoke, hydrate, rest, or move freely, deepening the cannabis experience throughout your practice. We keep class sizes small so students can receive personalized attention, whether through alternative variations, hands-on assists, or practice refinement.
