  • What is Puff Puff Flow?
    Puff Puff Flow is a unique cannabis infused yoga experience. We provide a space to combine mindful cannabis consumption with breath and movement to promote healing, self-discovery and connection. We offer a variety of class types including meditation, vinyasa flow, and restorative accessible to students of all experience levels.
  • How do I sign up for class?
    Classes can be booked through our event page! Please note that payment is due at the time of booking to hold your space.
  • Do I need to pre-register for classes or can I just show up?
    Due to limited space and our desire to keep classes small and intimate, we strongly encourage booking your classes in advance. Depending on pre-registration we may have space available day of, but please reach out to use first to confirm!
  • Where are classes held?
    We currently have classes at JSB Studios, located at 411 South St. We also host pop-up style classes throughout Philadelphia. Please always check the location details of the class prior to signing up.
  • What should I bring with me to class?
    If you have a yoga mat you're welcome to bring it, or we have a limited number of mats available to borrow. Please bring water with you. It's important to stay hydrated when combining cannabis with any type of physical exercise! All classes are BYOB - bring your own bud - but some classes will also have cannabis products for purchase. That information can be found in the class description upon sign up, and purchases are never mandatory. Students are also encouraged to bring anything else to help them in their practice and to be comfortable, for example, blocks, yoga straps, extra layers, etc.
  • What should I wear to class?
    Wear comfortable, unrestrictive clothing that allows you to move freely.
  • Do I need to be a regular cannabis user to attend?
    No, you do not. Our classes are always cannabis optional, but please be aware that some of our classes are indoors and other students will be smoking cannabis before, after, and/or during classes.
  • What if I don't want to smoke cannabis?
    That's ok! Students are never pressured to smoke or consume cannabis, and are never pressured into movement that doesn't feel right for them. If you're not comfortable smoking, you can bring edibles or other types of products, or simply choose to opt out of cannabis consumption. However, please be aware that some of our classes are indoors and since other students will be smoking, there is sometimes smoke in the air that is not possible to avoid. Please read the classes description for details upon signing up and never hesitate to contact us with questions. It's our goal for all students feel comfortable and welcome!
  • Do I need to bring my own cannabis?
    All classes are bring your own cannabis products - which can be smokable, edible, vapable, or any other type you'd like to consume. Some classes, including Puff Puff Artistry Flow events, will have cannabis products for purchase as an additional option. We'll always note in the class details if we'll have products available for sale.
  • Do I need to be experienced in yoga to attend?
    No, you do not. Our classes are built for all levels, whether it's your first class or you're a seasoned practitioner. Our goal is to help you build a stronger connection between your mind and body, no matter where you are in that journey.
  • What can I expect during a class?
    Our classes always start with a community sesh where students have the option to consume cannabis products, meet fellow students, and connect with the instructor. From here, we move through a few moments of meditation to clear away external forces and bring our awareness inside before moving into our practice. Details about the type of class and style of movement are available in each class description. All classes include breathwork and mindful movement, with intentional pauses throughout to check in, reflect, and consume cannabis at the student's discretion.
  • Can I host a Puff Puff Flow class or schedule a private event?
    Absolutely! We offer private classes in our space, from one on one private sessions to groups of up to 20. We also will travel to you if you have your own space or event. Reach out to us on our contact page and we'll set up a time to chat!
  • What is Puff Puff Artistry Flow?
    Puff Puff Artistry Flow is a collaboration between Puff Puff Flow, Spiced Beats, and Jewish Sauce Boss. Each month our events will feature a local musician, and our flow will be choreographed to their music. The artist will be in attendance to talk about their music, creative process, and how they want students to experience the sounds through cannabis and movement.
  • How do I buy my ticket?
    Tickets are available to purchase through our event page or through the Spiced Beats website.
  • Do I need to pre-register for classes?
    Yes, we strongly encourage you to register prior to class as we have limited space available.
  • How can I find information about the featured artist?
    You can find more information about our featured artists through our Instagram page, as well as on the Spiced Beats website. Artists Instagram pages are tagged in our promotional posts so you can check out their pages and music prior to the flow. Where applicable, artists Spotify pages will be linked in the event descriptions.
  • Do I need to consume cannabis to attend?
    No, you do not. However, these classes take place indoors and the room does get smokey throughout the flow. Please plan accordingly.
  • Where are classes held?
    These classes are held at JSB Studios, located at 411 South St in Philadelphia.
  • How do I access the building when I arrive?
    JSB Studios is located on the second floor of the building. The entrance is located on S Leithgow st, which is between 4th St. and 5th St. When you arrive, press the buzzer to unlock the door. Come upstairs and through the door on your right. We'll be waiting to greet you!
  • Do I need to bring my own cannabis?
    No. These events will always have Blaze products for sale through Jewish Sauce Boss. If you're planning on purchasing products when you arrive, we encourage you to come a few minutes early to complete purchases before class starts.
